Purple Moon Dance Project is
thrilled to announce its second annual "In Honor of
Our DreamSpeakers" celebration in 2008, a gala benefit
honoring the lives and contributions of women artists, particularly
lesbians and women of color, whose work has inspired social
change, peace and healing. Building on a tradition
we began in 2007, we are proud to honor the following local
Bay Area artists as DreamSpeakers this year:
Carolyn Brandy, Sharon Page Ritchie,
Robán San Miguel, Terry Sendgraff and Susanne Takehara.

are also very excited and pleased to have awardwinning CBS5
journalist, author and community leader Wendy Tokuda as
